In such cases, go to WIRR (a registry front end), select a "Special
Effects"/"Access URL" constraint and paste in a suitable piece of the
access URL (these days, not including the scheme, I'm afraid). This
will typically give you a contact address for the service.
I've already done this for this service and will report when Pavel
has to say.

First report: the contact address (which was a private address) is an
SMTP 550 a.k.a. Unknown Address.
I use this opportunity to advertise my advice on good resource
records: https://blog.g-vo.org/registry-a-janitor-speaks-out.html, in
particular on avoiding personal mail addresses as contacts.
I'll try the institute contact.

Yes. I've got signal from Geneva, and it turns out it's likely that
the service will have a fairly shaky curation for some time to come.
