This suggestion was made by
Dr. Alejandro López, astronomer and anthropologist, ethnoastronomer, chair of the IAU WG astronomical heritage in danger
in an email to @katieefrey. It was carried forward from Issue #347 to Issue #357, when most of the other items in Issue #347 were closed out. I am now creating this issue to solely address whether we should add Intercultural astronomy education.
