USBTL Camera connection issue

I seem to be having a problem with the USBTL camera where it will timeout or not work unless I plug it in and unplug it again every time I run code with it, and with the example code provided in VimbaPython it works only every second time running the code, i.e. running it once, stopping it, and then running it again where it will start to work. When it does it work, it also only works for a limited amount of time before seemingly disconnecting again. I am unsure as to what causes this, and any help would be great, thank you!
