Set Up:
create a python virtualenv
Install these packages:

pip install --upgrade google-api-python-client
pip install --upgrade google-auth-oauthlib google-auth-httplib2
pip install flask
pip install flask-cors
pip install oauth2client

Also You will be needing the client_secrets.json file which has the auth credentials

Sample Upload Command:
python upload_video.py --file="C:\Users\asuto\Desktop\Video1.mp4" --title="Hello World Video 1" --description="Uploading Through a CLA This IS my First Video" --keywords="youtube api, hello world, like, comment" --category="22" --privacyStatus="private"
