Why do we need this improvement?

We need to add custom properties to the AsyncAPI Specification like: x-team.

Like it is documented here: https://www.asyncapi.com/docs/concepts/asyncapi-document/extending-specification

How will this change help?

Possibility to add Custom Properties to Async API Specification
