ICICI transactions from and to date calculation error #108

The transactions from date and to date is assumed to be that of the first and last transaction.

When the credit card statement looks like this.

the from and to dates are wrong, resulting in this -

The solution is to find the smallest and the largest date in the transactions table and use those instead of the first and last.
