it is a lot of blues. Right now, when going to the site there are 5 different shades of blue: Dark banner, light blue text on dark banner, navy blue 2nd banner, “back to top” button on right side, and all of the unclicked hyperlinks.
Maybe make the banner color behind “Section 508 ICT Testing Baseline” a dark shade of red? Don’t want anything too vibrant and want to maintain contrast. If you don’t think it looks good in the banner, maybe change “Setting the bar for accessibility testing” to a lighter (but not too saturated) red?
