certsum | Add option or keyword to allow scanning all TCP/IP ports for target systems #377

Instead of discovering open ports with nmap, then scanning the results with certsum, just have certsum attempt to check all ports.

This should not be the default behavior, as otherwise the performance impact would be significant and any host protection in place on a target would undoubtedly shutdown the connection attempts.
