serviceappuser@customerb2baad.com must be created in both B2B Azure Active Directory (AAD) and athenaPractice/athenaFlow. AAD will authenticate the username and password. athenaPractice and athenaFlow will authorize the account by checking security permissions/privileges.
Assign serviceappuser to the “API Server User” group in athenaPractice and role in athenaFlow.

Im having a similar issue. I am thinking the user was not set up correctly. Are there any resources you can provide for username and password creation flow? I am not aware of the process kdevine mentioned above. Any documentation would be very helpful.
