(reported while using Athens 1.0.0-beta.25. This is likely low-priority, noticed I hardly use the All Pages feature in Roam yet seem to be more drawn to seeing it in Athens.)
A couple options seem to come to mind:
Just having a button to switch between filtering on whether to 'Include Daily Notes'. This seems to be the simple way.
Possibly having two side-by-side table views, one with just Daily Notes, one with Everything Else. Created/Modified date fields would likely have to be stripped for this to work.
