Key command to copy block reference

I would like to be able to copy one or more block refs using the keyboard. This could work the exact same way it currently does in Roam, i.e.:

• if my cursor is in a block, Ctrl+Shift+c copies the ref for that block
• if I have multiple blocks selected, Ctrl+Shift+c copies the refs for all blocks. When I paste, there is one ref per new block, and the tree structure is preserved
