As of 1.0.0-beta25 Athens keymaps the following for zooming:

cmd + '0' for zoom reset
cmd + '-' for zoom out
cmd + '+' for zoom in . The problem is this requires user (especially on a typical laptop keyboard) to hit the shift key, and only when zooming in.

Most apps (web browsers, text editors) resolve this by additionally mapping:

cmd + '_' for zoom out
cmd + '=' for zoom in
