Customize first option

Wish there could be an option to customize the first option as 10 seconds is not really useful at all, I think something like 30m or 1h would make more sense, but anyhow would be cool if one could configure it on Settings or even get prompted in how many minutes/hours you want this tab to come back instead of current default of just 10 seconds:
