Summary
Only have suggestions be ready to confirm if the user has moved down to select the first suggestion. If a suggestion is not selected, enter and tab will not input the suggestion word.
Enter and tab are common keys to move, and a user could accidentally confirm a suggestion, rather than use the keys' normal function.
