php could not be spawned after setting php path in ide-php

My Php is installed elewhere from my environment path.set its correct path in Ide-php but later got a
"Php could not be spawned.is it installed in your path"

I can also replicate this.

Using:
Fedora: 28
Atom: 1.33.1
Electron: 2.0.16
Chrome: 61.0.3163.100
Node: v8.9.3

Result of which php:
/usr/bin/php

Result of php -v:

I solved it by creating a symbolic link to /usr/local/bin
