Navigation items button look consistency

There are some UI elements in the sidebar and navbar that look inconsistent, especially when considering hover states:

• Some get a dark background, sometimes their border becomes colored, sometimes they get a box shadow, sometimes the icon inside grows, sometimes the border goes from dashes to solid.

• The size also seems inconsistent

• Use IconButton where similar things are used

  • SideBar item collapse
  • Info icon in property form inputs
