This is a tracking issue for (advanced) headless CMS features that I think Atomic-Server will need. Most of these are encountered in tenders and competitors.

  • Create and edit articles / pages / menu items
  • Versioning
  • Real time sync / live collaboration
  • File upload & management
  • Rights management
  • Full-text search
  • React (@tomic/react) + JS (@tomic/lib) + Svelte (@tomic/svelte) integrations
  • Filters & sorting
  • Import & Export data
  • Easy to use article editor Article data model #435
  • Image resizing / compression endpoint Out of memory when dealing with large collections #529
  • Table editor
  • Aggregation counts for facets Filter & facet counts in search endpoint #569
  • Groups for rights
  • Custom process flows (including drafts Workflow for drafts / publishing / archiving (the Status attribute) #467 , reviews, pipelines)
  • Copyright notice management (e.g. in files / images)
  • Linkchecker. Could be a plugin that checks all markdown fields for links, fetches these, creates warnings if they have issues. Maybe it sets a dead-links property on the resource, which in turn can be retried through a collection.
  • Community tools (e.g. surveys, forum, chat). Unclear how, exactly, but it definitely involves users creating accounts and having a profile.
