How to Contribute

There are several ways you can contribute to Qujata:

  1. Reporting bugs
  2. Suggesting new features or improvements
  3. Submitting code changes (bug fixes, new features, improvements, etc.)

Reporting Bugs

  • Check the Issues page to see if the bug has already been reported. If it has, please add any additional information in the comments.
  • If the bug hasn't been reported, create a new issue with a clear title and description. Include as much relevant information as possible, such as the steps to reproduce the bug, the expected behavior, and the actual behavior.

Suggesting New Features or Improvements

  • Check the Issues page to see if someone else has already suggested the same feature or improvement.
  • If it hasn't been suggested, create a new issue with a clear title and description. Explain why the feature or improvement would be beneficial and how it can be implemented.

Submitting Code Changes

  • Fork the repository and create a new branch with a descriptive name, such as bugfix/issue-123 or feature/new-feature-name.
  • Make your changes in the new branch, ensuring that your code follows the project's coding standards and guidelines.
  • Commit your changes with clear, concise commit messages.
  • Open a pull request with a clear title and description, explaining the changes you've made and why they're necessary. Reference any related issues, if applicable.
