In order to indicate the overall progression, (nb of tx, TPS, and maybe ETA ?) we should log cumulative stats

Added back overall progression, should log instead only ETA and nb TX

Using HdrHistogram makes the original proposition obsolete.
Instead, a global progress counter could be displayed in the console.
