The latest version of Ansible relies of functions and configuration setting that are not available in earlier versions. This should not be an issue if IdP owners are updating the OS and package software. In cases where they are not Ansible may fail due to being an older version.

Add a check to update_idp.sh to verify Ansible is at the minimal version required for the Installer configuration.

Currently at least version 2.5.x is required.
