Rebuild loader #40

The current loader sucks, as does the global context system.

The loader needs to be rebuilt so that:

Namespaced dependencies are supported
Dependencies are loaded from disk once and cached
Dependencies are copied into the root namespace for an interpreter when created or reset
User files and dependencies can be loaded as needed
