Raised in auth0/symfony/issues/59.

The JWKS URL is hard-coded to point to .well-known/jwks.json. It does not look to be a requirement that the key set be located at this exact path.

This path should allow for modification during setup, with a default pointing to the original .well-known/jwks.json path.
