can't add user to course #933

I'm trying to add my TAs to my 15-394 course. When I go to the "Enroll
User" page, the email, first name, and last name fields are grayed out
so I cannot type into them. I'm experiencing this both in Chrome and
Firefox (on Linux).

This is an issue that was fixed here in the source a while ago, but not actually pushed to computing services (see #922 and #877). I have successfully imported that change to the production server for now.
