When the graphs are implemented, we also want to offer functionality to export a chart as a cell to a Fiberplane Notebook.

For now, this is blocked by #12

I like it. I do think we need to make this an optional setting (and pluggable). I.e. in settings you could define your "link out" service. Could be Fiberplane could be perhaps Grafana

I've moved this to the 1.1 milestone, since it seems we're not really prioritizing this now anyway.
