Complete after #193

There was an issue, closed in https://autoreduce.atlassian.net/browse/AR-1296 https://autoreduce.atlassian.net/browse/AR-1250 that once files are copied over (e.g. ‘cached’) they were never refreshed. This lead to all run versions having the same plot as the first one.

If we are caching plots again, we must make sure that the copied files take into account the run version
