Replace usage of checkActivity to queue the gossiper and builder: https://github.com/ava-labs/hypersdk/blob/main/vm/vm.go#L534 with providing those components the ability to subscribe to a notification of the relevant events.

Currently, the gossiper/builder are notified when:

  • a block is verified
  • the VM is marked as ready
  • normal consensus starts
  • after building a block
  • after a tx is submitted
