Release retdec-decompiler doesn't work

How can i understand this behavior?! The downloaded retdec from the Release archive works, compiled via solution does not work.

ahhaha fuck, I found a bitch! In short, he once reads the share folder, and there are these two files, without them he will not work:
decompiler-config.json
fileinfo-config.json

That is, he(retdec-decompiler) is looking for something like this:
../bin(Any name): cd..
..:cd share
../share(Concrete name):and here are two configs and other files for work
