I didn't see an open issue for this, sorry if one exists. The one High vulnerability here is the only major concern.

The vulnerability appears to have been corrected in both the fresh and send packages. It looks like gulp-connect needs to update to version 0.16.2 of send to correct this.

Thanks for merging @rejas's PR. Can we get a new version and update for NPM? The latest 5.5.0 release still contains the vulnerability.
