There have been many improvements:

inference improvements:
inferrability improvements in Base
- bunch of PRs have got merged into v1.7
- there're also ongoing ones, e.g. improve various inferrabilities, fix some errors JuliaLang/julia#40463

Both changes have impacts on JET's analysis result.
