Display error in the question group before submitting the page or before entering the data

When we add the more question we are displayed with the error but we can proceed further and also it is removed if we refresh page but if we in the page the error is displayed

org : IPHSCD
user : dinesh@iphscd_uat

Steps to reproduce:
1.login to org
2.register the individual
3.Complete the all the encounter
4.Enroll into SCD program
5.Continute the SCD encounter
6.Under Comorbidities form we have the form element Comorbidities as question group

Excpeted : if we add the question group it should not display the error before submitting
Actual : before submitting it displays the error
