Steps to reproduce:

  • Upload the below file to JSCS_UAT with some subject not enrolled in the program
    sample-ProgramEnrolment---Sickle Cell---Individual.csv
  • Though ZZ is not marked as identifier prefix for any users it gets uploaded
  • Also it doesn't get updated in identifier_user_assignment table.
  • Even if it is a assigned identifier to a user, last_assigned_identifier in identifier_user_assignment is not getting updated.
