Motivation

In the Avni DEA Forms display, we make use of Concept names in Summary, instead of the FormElement Name.
This results in confusion when there is difference in value between Concept and FormElement name.

Flip-side to this argument, is that organisations want for business purposes the concept name to be shown, as that could have been used across multiple forms. And the FormElement names are different across different forms as well as different from the Concept name on purpose.

Acceptance Criteria

Avni DEA Forms display, use FormElement names while listing Form contents in Summary view.

Acceptance Criteria

@mahalakshme This card might not be a straightforward change to do. Based on discussion i had with Vinay during Goonj Syncup, the current behaviour might be a valid one for some organisations.
Updated the card description with counter point.

@himeshr yeah agreed. Vinay told me the same. I discussed with him last week on the weekly call.
