Can not build on raspbian (Rasperry PI) with libgpiod-dev installed. #1446
Comments
What is the Raspberry Pi OS version used here? BTW, it is good to have libelf-dev and libfidi1-dev for avrdude. libftdi-dev (libftdi-0.x) is rather old and not updated for quite some time. |
Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) Thanks for the libelf-dev and libftdi1-dev tip :-) |
Hmm 10 is a bit old, I'll upgrade and see if that helps. I'm guessing it will. 👍 |
Maybe you can still keep your Raspberry Pi OS version but you can try to build libgpiod from source codes (1.5.x branch or newer branches). |
Upgrading to raspbian 11 did the trick. Compiling a newer libgpiod most likely would have worked too. Thank you for your help |
