Currently, the evaluation functions expect that the file names are in "%06d.txt" format. With the integration of AVstack and ROS, we now have object state loggers that log in a different format (something like "objectstate-track-FRAME-TIMESTAMP.txt". We need to now be compatible with both file name conventions.
