UV animation will be defined by a UVAnim-modifier, that can be assigned to a mesh.

This UVAnim-modifier will store a set of clips, and offer access to the AWDClipManager (like the AWDSkeleton or AWDVertexAnimSource)

The actual UV-animation-data will than be read from the materials that are assigned to the mesh.
