Describe the bug
Amplify CI/CD stops working, does not detect branch changes. This happens after I changed username in Github. I have tried reconnecting the repository with no success. Closed issue related: #2493
Expected behavior
Amplify CI/CD still working.
Reproduction steps
Set up Amplify Gen 2, then change your GitHub username. Attempt to Reconnect Repository. Click "Configure GitHub App". The error will then be "We do not have permission to access this repository. Please update your permissions and try again." Click "Update repository Permissions", Select the repo and hit save. Issue still persists.
