Use CWCI as the abbreviation for CloudWatch Container Insights #736

Currently we are using various versions of the full form of CloudWatch Container Insights in the naming of configs, variables etc.

Going forward let's use CWCI or cwci (all lowercase) as the abbreviation to represent Container Insights.
