Clean up Contract Test Infrastructure

We have updated Pull Request 16 with an initial setup for contract testing to verify traces has been generated. There are known missing parts for contract test framework that have not been implemented. This issue will be used to track the implementation of:

• Mock Collector service and client serialization and deserialization implementation
• Implement Mock Collector Client
• Sample contract test Application for AWS SDK
• Logging configuration for contract testing
• Automate image build
