Currently, emr-boot.sh script and juicefs client is stored at https://s.juicefs.com/static/.
However, https://s.juicefs.com/static/ may not be available all the time. Even been DNS hijack.
So, it's better to add a S3 local copy of emr-boot.sh, juicefs client.
