I started getting this error Web ACLs are not available for the selected service #258

I am not able to delete services anymore. I get this error.

Web ACLs are not available for the selected service arn:aws:apprunner:us-east-1:xxxxxxx:service/xxxxxx/125492d23e0248f2a7bb430c8e99bd1d because the service does not exist or is in an invalid state for association
