Describe the feature

Similar to allowing support for requirements.txt, pipenv, and poetry, also allow support for the pdm packaging utility as referenced here:
https://pdm-project.org/latest/

Use Case

To support projects that utilize the pdm packaging/ virtual environment management tool.
