eks (not a bug): conversation on PR has been locked - cannot respond to recent comments

Describe the bug

This is not a bug. The conversation on my PR (#31445) has been locked so I cannot respond to @paulhcsun's recent comment.

Would the conversation be able to be opened back up to non collaborators?

@paulhcsun - in reference to your comment here, I am unable to grant you temporary access to the org, however, was thinking you could push the integ changes to a new branch and I could incorporate them into the PR by merging them in that way. What are your thoughts?

The PR is now closed but a subsequent PR has been open and merged, which looks like it resolves this conversation. Feel free to reopen an issue if you think thats not the case!
