Describe the bug
When opening phpStorm with several projects (in my case 10+), after some seconds phpStorm becomes unresponsive (does not react to user input anymore) and cannot be terminated via cmd+Q. After deactivating the Amazon Q plugin and restarting phpStorm again, the issue is gone.
Just one or two projects seem to work as expected with the Amazon Q plugin enabled.
Not sure if it's related, but I discovered a lot of "Amazon Q Helper" processes that took about 250 MB each.
To reproduce
Start phpStorm.
Open a bunch of projects.
Maybe restart phpStorm.
After some seconds, phpStorm becomes unresponsive.
Kill via MacOS.
Start phpStorm and open Settings -> Plugins immediately (before it freezes); disable the Amazon Q plugin and restart the IDE.
phpStorm works as expected (but is missing Amazon Q )
Expected behavior
Works fine even with a bunch of projects opened.
