deps(credentials): update AWS SDK credential providers to 3.936.0

The AWS Toolkit needs to support the new console session authentication feature which requires AWS SDK v3.936.0 credential providers. The current version constraints (<3.731.0) prevent using this feature.

Update AWS SDK credential providers to ~3.936.0 to enable console session authentication:
- @aws-sdk/credential-providers

This change is minimal and focused only on credential-related packages to avoid broader compatibility issues.

- Package installs and builds successfully
- No changes to runtime behavior for existing credential providers
