"failed to update``" error when running 'q doctor'

Checks

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

Successfully run the command q doctorfrom your terminal

Actual behaviour

When you run the command q doctor in your terminal, it pops up window saying "Q is updating". Then the mac os credential pops up. Regardless of whether you enter credentials or not, the terminal throws following error

✘ Amazon Q terminal integrations: This terminal is not running with the latest integration, please restart your terminal

  Q_TERM=1.0.0


✘ Doctor found errors. Please fix them and try again.

Q restart also error out. Specifically updating window popup seems is not handled correctly.
