'sessionId' capitalization is inconsistent #77

When using SSM, the messages use inconsistent capitalization between the starting and ending messages.

"Starting session with SessionId: ..."

"Exiting session with sessionId: ..."

I think the problem is on line 784 in /src/datachannel/streaming.go
