When trying to diff this stack I get the following error:

[43/71] Sat Sep 15 2018 10:37:11 GMT-0700 (PDT)  CREATE_FAILED       [AWS::RDS::DBCluster] HistoryDb84EB2161 DBClusterParameterGroup not found: default.aurora5.6 (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 404; Error Code: DBClusterParameterGroupNotFound; Request ID: c885f0e4-6836-43db-9c36-76db0c58d74e)

This is a documented failure condition here:

It would be great to have CDK manage this for you - perhaps by providing a default parameter group that works with postgresql/mysql when those engines are chosen.

Creating DbClusterParameterGroups also currently requires dropping to cloudformation/ some sort of manual configuration (or at least appears to).

feat(aws-rds): add support for parameter groups

Now supports (Cluster) Parameter Groups. This is required to support
Aurora 5.7 engines (in particular, PostgreSQL with Aurora).

__NOTICE__: This release includes a framework-wide [__breaking
change__](#712) which changes the type
of all the string resource attributes across the framework. Instead of using
strong-types that extend `cdk.Token` (such as `QueueArn`, `TopicName`, etc), we
now represent all these attributes as normal `string`s, and codify the tokens
into the string (using the feature introduced in [#168](#168)).

Furthermore, the `cdk.Arn` type has been removed. In order to format/parse ARNs,
use the static methods on `cdk.ArnUtils`.
