If a file has the same time but was just updated, is there a way to trigger the lambda to load the file again?
I get: File monthly_charges.csv.gz Already Processed, but I would like to process it again.
Is this possible?

Certainly - if you use different S3 prefixes and wildcard loading, then it will work just fine.
