Passing additional parameters to OpenSearch Serverless to customize the Vector Index

We have hardcoded engine settings in OpenSearch Serverless vector index creation custom resource, that’s blocking the passing additional parameters to customise the OpenSearch vector index which effects the quality of responses.

We can extend the interface to support additional customisations
