How to change context length and include holiday features as time features in DeepAR

The context length is not configurable in the latest version DeepAR, is it possible to change it?

Also, the holiday features can be created using SpecialDateFeatureSet, which are no longer time features. How can we specify them as time features so that they can be observed in the prediction window as well?
